Our Senior Consultant, Bharuttee (Deepa) holds a degree in Computer  Science and Engineering, a post graduate diploma in Education and completed her immigration program at Ashton College in BC, Canada.

Professional Associations

Deepa is a Regulated Immigration and Citizenship Consultant (RICC), a member in good standing of the Immigration Consultants of Canada Regulatory Council (ICCRC). ICCRC is the national regulatory body that promotes and protects the public interest. She is also member of the Canadian Association of Professional Immigration Consultants (CAPIC).

Professional Background

She has evolved in the immigration and recruitment field for over ten years. She has recruited temporary foreign workers for Canadian employers in different provinces in various sectors of the job market. She caters a diverse clientele ranging from corporate to individual clients in the construction, food service, hospitality, IT, Accounting and other sectors.  She has extensive knowledge on the Labour Marker Impact Assessment (LMIA) applications and Francophone Mobility programs among others.

Deepa’s expertise also lies in refugee representations, starting with preparing compelling claims and representing clients with great success at the Immigration Refugee Board (IRB). She has mostly represented Asian, Indian and African clients who have been seeking refugee protection and asylum in Canada. She has also done appeal cases at the Immigration Admissibility Division (IAD) for failed sponsorship cases.

Permanent residence through economic programs such as Express Entry, Provincial nominee, Family Sponsorships, Temporary Residents applications such as visitor, student and worker are also dealt with great success by Sage Immigration under the guidance and supervision of Deepa.
